5/5 Review I had such a wonderful experience at ZUS Coffee thanks to Aliza and Mirza. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with genuine smiles and made me feel so welcome. Their hospitality went beyond just serving coffee—it felt personal, warm, and truly heartfelt. Aliza was attentive and friendly, always making sure customers were comfortable and happy. Mirza impressed me with his efficiency and professionalism, yet he never lost that cheerful and approachable vibe. Together, they created such a positive atmosphere that turned an ordinary coffee run into a memorable moment. The drinks were perfectly prepared, but honestly, the highlight was the amazing service. It’s rare to meet staff who combine skill, speed, and sincerity so well. ZUS Coffee is lucky to have them, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of the great experience they provided. Highly recommended—if you ever drop by, hope you get served by Aliza and Mirza!

We visited Zus Beaufort around 8:15 PM and had a generally positive experience. Finding parking was easy, which is always a plus. The cafe wasn't crowded, so we enjoyed a more relaxed atmosphere. The service was good, and the staff were friendly and efficient. The cafe itself was clean and well-maintained. The coffee tasted standard, as one would expect from a Zus Coffee location. Overall, for coffee lovers, Zus Beaufort is a recommended spot for a consistent and reliable coffee experience.

Pleasantly surprised there’s ZUS coffee in Beaufort. I was at their Tech In Asia conference when they mentioned plans to expand in east malaysia (they really meant it!). If you’re looking for a place to remote work in Beaufort or back from city and need a comfortable place to work. This is the spot. 5 star rating because it’s comfortable, clean, remote work friendly (has wifi) and consistent quality as other branches in KL.

Came here while waiting for my laundry. I think they're just opened. Standard SOP with all other counters. Tried the Iced White Peach Oolong Milk Tea. Quite nice. You can taste the sweetness & milk flavour. It could've been cooler even though it's iced. Overall, good place to hang out.

Nice food, nice service, friendly staff…Worth with the price…The atmosphere here is so good, perfect place for those who want chill with friends also for those who wants chilling alone, reading book etc

And the coffee? Simply exceptional. Each cup is brewed to perfection, rich in flavor and aroma. A must-visit spot for anyone who appreciates great coffee in Beaufort!

This shop is at the same row as Matahari Clothing Shop. Lovely place. Well maintained. Have wifi & plug points. About the issue of 'not calling names', they have already practiced calling the name of the customers & their order numbers too. So, be alert when they do call you.
